Maybe they rushed it at the end. They failed to reset my truck notification on oil needing to be changed. Which is a nice service they provide and I do appreciate it. Usually they run through everything that was done that day and what might need changing at the next time. And they failed to do that. I remember when they used to do a quick vacuum of the front carpet. But I really needed some air added to my tires since the cold air hit. And they didn’t even check it. - DSDiana ShepardOct 31, 20251.0Please don’t come here, they are very careless. I went in at 8:30am for an oil change and I agreed to have my spark plugs changed. It was not busy at all during that time. They had to drive an hour to pick them up and I agreed. It took much longer and then after they arrived it was 30 more minutes. Then someone tells me it’s the wrong spark plugs and if I wanted to wait for them to get the correct ones. I said No, and was waiting 45 more minutes to have my old ones put in. Now it’s 11:30am. My car finally pulled up and I really needed to go, but had to wait a couple of minutes to get checked out. Finally, I am checked out and I leave and they didn’t put my air cabin filter back on. I drove back and my car starts smoking. They said that it was smoke from the oil they didn’t clean up. When the manager came by he said they didn’t even put any antifreeze that I had paid for. I have been here before and they didn’t put my oil cap on correctly and my car started leaking oil. I have been avoiding this place for years but decided to give them another chance, big mistake. I am wondering if my spark plugs were even put back correctly. I never write a bad review, but this case I’m doing it for people’s safety and for them not to lose money.

When I parked outside to have my vehicle inspected, a guy came to me and said hello with a smile on his face. He then inspected my vehicle and it was very efficient, he did it well. - DHDakota HillOct 27, 20251.0Ive had my tires done twice. The first time I had my tires done when I left 1 was leaking. I returned it was "repaired" and it left leaking again. I returned to have another tire replaced but they forgot my hubcap they forgot a valve stem and they put my spare in completely wrong and I didnt find out until my tire went flat and I needed my spare on the side of the highway. I will never return again and this is by far the worst service I could have received. I'd say it was due to negligence by a bad employee but either the assistant manager or the actual manager was assisting during the process. This is completely ridiculous. I dont understand how this place hires such people
