  Can't recommend Enterprise enough. Rented Sprinter van, so plush. Everyone in Tomball office was so nice and very helpful. If you need to move.....think about renting a truck/sprinter from them

  I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent rental experience at your Tomball, TX location. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was provided with a car that was visibly dirty and not in the condition I would expect from Enterprise. Unfortunately, this occurred at the end of the day, and I was left with no option to exchange the vehicle as I had to leave town immediately. This situation was both inconvenient and frustrating, especially considering the standards I’ve come to associate with your brand. I chose Enterprise expecting a clean, well-maintained vehicle and professional service. This experience fell short of those expectations and has left me reconsidering future rentals from this location. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better quality control and customer support moving forward. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Updated: i did get a call for rectification and they make sure customers with bad experience are compensated and after that no action, it was just false commitment
