- HCHarry CagleNov 4, 20252.0Terrible!, Made a reservation online for 8am. Get to the location, no cars there! What is the point of the reservation! Wait 30+ minutes for a car to show up. The car is a compact, no big deal, but it does not have any hub caps on the rear wheels! Kid you not, hubcaps on the front wheels, looks like spare tires on the rear wheels. Ridiculous!!

With all the adults and a trunk space full I averaged about 20MPG which is not bad at all. Thank you to the staff who were very pleasant and helpful!

The manager did offer to clean it when I pointed it out; but who wants to wait for a car to be cleaned when it should already be clean. They need to do better.

The insurance process is/was almost as traumatizing as the accident itself but this Enterprise office at Creekside restored my hope in the world. Excellent and thoughtful employees. We worked primarily with Hayden, the manager, and Lacy. They both went above and beyond to get us the vehicle that best suited our family’s needs. They were clear, effective, honest, and timely in all of their communications. It was such a relief to know that there are still people in this world that are both caring and competent in their work. Thanks for being a sign of hope through a rough season.
