  The car I rented smelled horrible and triggered my allergies badly. I ended up sick afterwards.

  Vehicle was dirty with used press-on fingernails left in the back seats. Non-functioning third row seat and seat belt. Sticky stuff in the console and food crumbs everywhere. 0% oil life and low oil light on when picked up. Was not the vehicle we booked and pretty much told too bad. That's after we were told they had no vehicle for us for a reservation that was booked once in advance and we called a week at a time to make sure there'd be no issues getting the vehicle we needed for an out-of-state trip in snow conditions.

  I definitely recommended.👌 The person who was attending us, was very nice and he explain me everything what I had to know.. And went I left the car, they take me to the airport Love the service 👍👍

  2 hrs before my pickup, and couldn’t find me a vehicle. Or didn’t try , can’t believe in Houston they can’t find me a comparable vehicle. Never rent from them again…went to hertz had one 600 dollars cheaper.
