Sticky stuff in the console and food crumbs everywhere. 0% oil life and low oil light on when picked up. Was not the vehicle we booked and pretty much told too bad. That's after we were told they had no vehicle for us for a reservation that was booked once in advance and we called a week at a time to make sure there'd be no issues getting the vehicle we needed for an out-of-state trip in snow conditions.
