  Austin G. gave me an update regarding my premium SUV reservation, which was not available. He was put in a difficult situation; however, he handled it amazingly and resolved my reservation professionally and efficiently. I would like to give him high recognition for his hard work and outstanding professionalism.

  Rented a car back in July for a road trip. Rock from a truck cracked windshield. We paid for the replacement back in July. Then we get a collection notice for the windshield from the corporate office. Went to this Tomball location and the "Management Assistant" A. Johnson did not care a bit. Wouldn't bother to look into it. Said we had to call the Damage Recovery Unit. She said that since it was New Year's eve the DRU would not be open. She was practically laughing at us because of the frustration she created. We went outside and called the DRU number and they were open! They told us the Tomball location incorrectly categorized the payment! A. Johnson should have figured that out if she bothered to check. Terrible service and arrogant employee.

  We had a reservation for a specific vehicle for the day, but when we arrived at the Enterprise in Tomball, they did not have the vehicle we reserved. The excuse given was that the truck was in the collision shop. While that’s possible, anyone who has worked with Enterprise before knows this is a commonly used excuse when they can’t honor a reservation. Instead, we were given a minivan, which had very tight space and was not ideal for our small family trip. On top of that, the adaptive cruise control was terrible—it constantly jerked back and forth because it couldn’t properly judge the distance from the car in front. The ride quality was also very bouncy, especially for passengers in the rear. Overall, this was not a good experience. Reservations should mean something, and the replacement vehicle was uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

  Made a reservation for a premium SUV on 9/1/25 to travel 11/21/25. I called the Monday before my pick up date to confirm my reservation and also note that we needed an XL SUV for our family of 6 plus luggage. I was assured there would be one available. One hour before my scheduled pick up on 11/21 I got a phone call stating there had been a recall on all 24-25 Wagoneers, which are this locations main XL fleet, and they would no longer be able to fulfill my reservation. They offered no remedy (except for a smaller vehicle that would not work) and quickly hung up the phone. After frantically calling around multiple other locations to find a vehicle, I learned that the recall on the Wagoneers had been pushed out to all the Enterprise locations over a week ago. This means when I called on Monday, they should've had alerted me they might not be able to fulfill my reservation, but instead they did not. They waited until ONE hour before my pick up time to call and it has left my family and I completely scrambling for a rental. I understand the recall was out of their hands, but the way the whole ordeal was handled and the timeframe (one hour before I was supposed to pick up my rental) of it all has assured me I will never rent from or recommend this location again.
