    Made a reservation for a premium SUV on 9/1/25 to travel 11/21/25. I called the Monday before my pick up date to confirm my reservation and also note that we needed an XL SUV for our family of 6 plus luggage. I was assured there would be one available. One hour before my scheduled pick up on 11/21 I got a phone call stating there had been a recall on all 24-25 Wagoneers, which are this locations main XL fleet, and they would no longer be able to fulfill my reservation. They offered no remedy (except for a smaller vehicle that would not work) and quickly hung up the phone. After frantically calling around multiple other locations to find a vehicle, I learned that the recall on the Wagoneers had been pushed out to all the Enterprise locations over a week ago. This means when I called on Monday, they should've had alerted me they might not be able to fulfill my reservation, but instead they did not. They waited until ONE hour before my pick up time to call and it has left my family and I completely scrambling for a rental. I understand the recall was out of their hands, but the way the whole ordeal was handled and the timeframe (one hour before I was supposed to pick up my rental) of it all has assured me I will never rent from or recommend this location again.

    My experience at the Tomball location was awesome. Matthew T, Jeanette, and Quaylin were all so helpful and really went the extra mile for me. I cannot thank them for their excellent customer service enough. They provided me with much needed relief during a very stressful time. 10/10 customer satisfaction.

    Worst car rental I've ever had. The car reeked of cigarettes as though the last renter drove across country chain-smoking with the windows up whilst leaking who knows what between their legs as evidenced by the seat stains. They had no other available cars and I had already waited almost an hour for a car I was told would be there in 10 minutes. So I took the car because it was supposed to be only a three day rental for the duration of my car's body repairs, and I figured I could grin and bear it. Long story short, car repairs took almost two weeks. I called Enterprise after 2-3 days and was told that I could bring the car back and switch it out. I asked if cars would be available the next day and he said yes. I went to Enterprise the next day and of course there were no cars available. No one knew when one would be available. They told me they would call me when one was available so I could switch out. Unsurprisingly, I never got a call. I've rented cars all over the US and in 8 other countries and this was by far the worst in cleanliness of the vehicle and customer service. To be fair, the customer service employees were polite, but also not helpful. I'll skip Enterprise next time I need a rental car.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I rented via an insurance claim. I was told I could return the car after hours on the day the car was due to be returned, but was charged for an additional day. I called and they assured me they would process the refund for the additional day along with my deposit, but I only received a partial amount that did not cover the extra day, and did not receive my deposit back. I have called multiple times since to try to discuss the situation, and my calls are not being answered.

    The first car I rented ended up with a flat tire shortly after I got it home. When I picked it up, the tire pressure sensor light was already on, and they just aired it up before sending me on my way. It seems they may have known the tire was already in bad shape. When I called roadside assistance, they told me a truck would arrive at 9:00 AM, but that never happened. They missed three different pickup times before finally bringing a replacement vehicle to my house. While the situation was frustrating and inconvenient, the rental location itself did what they could to make things right. I appreciate their efforts, especially the young lady who helped me. She was professional and understanding throughout the whole ordeal, and she definitely deserves a raise.
