He was so patient with me today while I was searching for my GEICO insurance card. He checked out my engine check light that’s been coming on and waited till I pulled up my needed papers for the emission test. All the while, he kept a smile on his face. He made my day. 🙏

When I asked the employee why so much difference he said because Jiffly Lube tops off the fluids. 1 day later I don’t have windshield wiper fluid or water and my wiper blade is worn out. Going back to my old one even though I have $25 remaining on the card. I will say they were nice enough to lower the price to match my current shop

His car was just thoroughly looked over at the dealership and also Brake Check a month earlier to resolve a separate issue and the car (less than 3 years old) was seemingly in great condition. Well, he left Jiffy Lube after paying $640 for a new synthetic oil change, radiator fluid exchange, AC performance package, and "True Brand Performance Package." Then, a couple days later warning lights come on for improper oil levels. Sure seems like aggressive upselling targeting a more susceptible client. The silver lining is that we were able to use this experience as a teaching moment. He will be going to a trusted Volkswagen mechanic in the future when service is needed.
