They were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, and completely turned my attitude around. When I arrived, I’ll admit I was short with them because they were out of my usual oil—the cheapest option I normally get. I was frustrated because it seems to happen often, and I felt like I always end up having to pay for the most expensive option. Instead of brushing it off, Zion went above and beyond and offered me the next level oil for the same price as my normal oil, which I truly appreciated. Both Zion and Astrid remained professional, kind, and understanding the entire time. They turned a frustrating situation into a really positive experience. Customer service like that makes a difference, and because of them, I’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Zion and Astrid!
