My stepson woke up to find that all four of his tired had been stolen and that his car was sitting on some blocks. We called the neighborhood Goodyear store, and they were extremely helpful. Getting the tires was not really a problem, but we also needed new rims. They were able to order the rims and get overnight delivery so that we would be able to use the car the next day. In addition, because the car could not be towed, they would come to my stepson's apartment and install the tires and rims. The following day the delivery was late, and I was told they would probably have to do the installation the following day. The delivery did come late in the day, but they send out a person to install the tires and rims in the dark so that we did not have to delay getting access to the car. The team went out of its way to provide outstanding service during a very stressful situation.

I called goodyear and Juriod was extremely helpful in making sure i got my car fixed quickly and efficiently. He even gave me a few tips for future reference! 10/10
