There is a new manager there and you can tell he is running that shop much smoother. They are all very friendly and did not pressure me in purchasing anything other than what I came in for. I will always be back at this NTB.

Got there at 8am, lots of friendly greetings. Customer service was great. The team got the service completed in 1 hour while I went next door for breakfast. Many thanks for the great service.

I was on my way home from a Retriever Club meeting in Carrollton and had just aired up my tire for the second time. Connor answered and said yes they could help. I was 25 miles from home with my autistic grandson. We pulled in at 1 minutes to eight and Connor greeted us checked my flat and gave ne the bad news it couldn't be repaired. After going through the options we bought two tires and reserved the good one for a spare. I plan on going back the next time I need tires. Forgot to mention their was another man with the same problem and he was getting g t b e same friendly help. Highly recommend this shop.

First they figured out I had a broken rim and filled my tires up with gas and sent me on my way - zero cost to me to see if the dealership would pay. When we found out the rim wasnt warrantied Brandon found us a slightly used rim for half the price the dealer was gonna cost us. Came in they took care of me within 30 minutes Very happy Will did the work and TA checked me out
