(Which is rare) I really want to love this place, but my first visit I bought a membership for both my husband and I without even trialing it! Well, the power dry dented my hood, shattered my license plate frame, and I noticed my top weather stripping was disconnected and arched from the force! On top of it all. The hood and top of my vehicle were still dirty. I get that I can go through the wash several times, but I've been legitimately afraid to go through again. I dont want to lose the rest of my license plate frame or weather stripping! Everyone at this location was incredibly nice and informative- but dang. I'm afraid to run my vehicle through again! Also. I downloaded the app, and its incredibly difficult to find someone to contact about their power dry settings. Cannot find an email!

There really wasn’t a gimmick. As I was vacuuming my car floors and seats afterward, a nice gentleman came along and towel dried my car. I also left with a new air freshener and some dash wipes. I can tell that this will be the location I will come to from now on…I appreciate Johnathan and everyone who assisted me today. If you have a chance, stop by for a visit. You will not be disappointed.
