My car was damaged on Nov 29th and my husband filed an incident report on Dec 7, 2025. After numerous attempts of going back and forth w the 800# and the store location to speak to a manager, we were contacted by Joseph who apologized for the delay in following up. We were told they would take care of it and we would receive a follow up call from Reza to schedule repairs. Here it is weeks later and again nothing has been done and have not received 1 call about repairs. We will again have no choice but to pursue legal action.

They Do not cancel memberships when you go there
For anyone who’s trying to cancel their membership do it online because I went there back in November to cancel my membership in person and they said it was canceled and then I kept getting charges on my card and they did not cancel my membership
They should honestly make that more clear if that’s how we cancel memberships instead of making us go in person to cancel it just to see charges on my bank, saying that the member ship is still active

This place is TERRIBLE and it’s because of the employees there. On 2/9/2026 1:35PM I drove in for a basic wash and immediately felt a very sketchy and negative vibe from the young boys that checked me in. They were very intimidating, creepy and just really sketchy. When I drove in about to put my car in neutral that young black man did not know what he was doing at all. He gave me very inconsistent and strange sign language that made no sense. He was so unclear and confusing that I literally ended up backing out and driving away. I also disputed the $12 they charged on my card.
I reported him to the managers there. I’m serious.

I really am not impressed with this place. I live in the colony. I drove by when they were running there grand opening deal never stopped. Decided to stop by today. Those deals are done, but figured I’d just go in and check first no explanation about what each wash was or anything the price sign is 10 yards away from where you park so I couldn’t even see it. Had to have her explain it to me nothing’s cheap. I went with these “lucky” wash $25. Included tire shine and undercarriage wash. Uploading pictures of what it looks like not impressed. Lots of dirt left lots of water spots. Once it dries I guarantee it we’ll find another place to go.

Horrible service! I went in for a wash because they were spinning signs for free washes and I signed up for their monthly program. Got my headlight ripped out and broken, this dummy drops his weed pen in front of me then asks if it was already damaged, (it was not) and he asked again and I told him I ALREADY TOLD YOU IT WASNT DAMAGED and tell me that they only cover vehicles as far back as 5 years… OK?! So that’s another thing I have to look out for now. WeLl wE hAvE iT pOsTeD aT tHe fRoNt… Great! I didn’t know I needed to look for that. So I file a report at the location and the manager was so rude, like I was wasting his time. He was like ‘we can take the report but there’s really no point.’ Wonderful, well, let’s do it anyway. Long story short, I ended up calling their customer service support 3 times and as kind as they were we never came to an answer let alone a resolution. I also PHYSICALLY WENT TO THE LOCATION afterwards twice and they took my info down. Nobody ever reached out to me, they are incompetent, rude, and dismissive. This whole call thing and showing up was because they told me I needed to talk to whoever the latter option was. Just back and forth with no answers. I have already told my family to never use quick quack and I will tell anybody else, never use them. This was a terrible experience I would’ve been MUCH better off with just a dirty truck
