  I will never go to another quick quack ever again! They are blasting music all day long. Yelling free car wash and singing worse than drunk karaoke on a microphone. I live across the street from the new location in The Colony and this is so ridiculous!!!! We went over to ask polite if they would turn this down which they did for 20 minutes then turned it back up. This keeps going on until they close at 9 pm.

  Man I live across Main Street from this location and I know they just opened but the noise from the Boom Box and the wanna be rock stars on ridiculous! I called the city twice, called corporate once and even went over to ask them to turn in down and it has only ramped up! All for a good time but the noise is doing nothing but pissing me off ( I am not alone ) many people in the complex are upset by the noise. Shame as a bunch of us were excited to have a place this close! At this point I won't even give them a chance!!

  Went earlier today and decided to become a member due to the value for a quality wash. I didn’t want to hold up the line with my questions but luckily they were able to get answered by a gentleman named Alex in customer experience. He thought me about the app and the benefits of being a member. Honestly great experience throughout and feel really cared during the whole experience. I’ll be back soon with my membership.

  I'm in the market for a new car wash place, and after seeing them advertising free washes for several days as part of their grand opening, I decided to check it out. I figured if I was happy with the free wash and vacuums, then I would come back and purchase a membership. Turns out they're actually is no free car wash. You have to purchase a membership, which granted is discounted right now, but you still have to pay something. It's not free if I have to pay anything to get it. Feels like false advertising and really disingenuous. Doesn't make me want to come back. So I guess I'm still looking around for a car wash place.

  Despite the ridiculously high prices of their single washes, I visited this location one afternoon because my usual car wash was closed for the day. Upon arriving at the gate, I was immediately greeted by a young man dressed in a long-sleeved white button-up shirt and slacks, reminiscent of what you’d find at a steakhouse. However, this is a car wash, not a restaurant. His first question to me was, “What unlimited membership can I sign you up for?” I assure you, this wasn’t meant as an insult. He was very polite and well-mannered, and I understand he’s just doing his job. I proceeded through their car wash tunnel and purchased their most expensive wash. Needless to say, their car wash is terrible. My car came out looking like it had been washed with just water. I then went to their vacuum/towel station to discover that they didn’t have any spray bottles to clean my windows or to clean up the mess their car wash had left behind. I will not be returning to this location.
