I was greeted by Mr. TA and quickly checked in by another professional who made sure to review my previous service notes and update my current vehicle information. He gave me motor oil options and his recommendation. Additionally, he made sure the discount was applied. The service was quick and excellent. My vehicle was thoroughly inspected. My fluids were all checked and topped off and they checked the wear and tear on my tires and gave me a comparable tire recommendation. However, the icing on the cake was the customer service and care I received while waiting. It’s hard to find good service, let alone great customer service these days! My sincerest thanks!

ALFREDO and TA probably in my 43 yrs of life have never met or experienced to individuals with amazing energy and passion to just being a human being and presenting amazing customer service!! We were at discount tire first the energy was cold and customer service was negative almost like if your not buying tires get out the way!! So we literally walked out and across the way to NTB!! And we’re welcome like we were best friends!! I will give this place and customer service 10/10

I visited on Wednesday morning on 10/29/2025, and the gentleman (sorry couldn't get the name 😢) was so kind and sweet and the pressure check literally took less than 10 minutes. I messed up with my tire pressure so many times before and this place helped me from the agony. Thank you again!
