  Been to this NTB multiple times in the past, and it’s pretty much my go-to place for service on my car. The service has always been pretty decent. Today I got the best customer service I’ve ever received at an auto service shop. Brandon, TA, and Kameron’s customer service was top tier. They were all very personable and friendly, yet super professional, and genuinely interested in helping me. Keep this dream team at this location, and I will absolutely be back! Thank y’all so much :)

  I can't recommend this NTB enough! After installing new wheels and tires myself, I brought my vehicle in for tire balancing, TPMS sensor installation, and an alignment. It is so incredibly helpful that they stay open later than other shops in the area. It made fitting this into my schedule stress free. I love the atmosphere! Let's be honest-spending money on auto maintenance is rarely "fun," but the staff here is so friendly and energetic that I left laughing and smiling. Shoutout to T.A.!!! He was the star of the show. T.A. was extremely thorough, patient, and went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. He actually listened to my needs and worked hard to find a way to accommodate my budget. If you want a team that is professional, accommodating, and great at what they do, go see T.A. and the crew at NTB!

  I recently went to NTB for new tires, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the customer care was top notch. Not only did they help me get exactly what I needed, but they also took the time to point out a few maintenance items I’ll need to address in the future, which I really appreciated. Kameron, the manager, was outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kristina did excellent work on my vehicle, and T.A. was also fantastic. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. If you’re looking for honest service, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall experience, I highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a flat tire repaired at National Tire & Battery, and I’m very happy with the service. The team quickly inspected my tire and fixed the old puncture properly. They explained everything clearly and gave helpful suggestions on the next steps to make sure the tire stays in good condition. TA and Will are very good people — friendly, professional, and honest. The repair was done quickly, and my tire has been holding air perfectly since. Great customer service — highly recommend them for flat tire repairs!

  Damaged my rim and my metal valve stem, replaced it with a cheap rubber valve stem. Large gouges in the aluminum rim, missing chunks of aluminum now. My story - Flat on a brand new 2026 Ford Transit dually that I'd only had two days. I removed the bad tire and just took them the tire to make it easy for them. Dishonest. They didn't tell me about the damage they made to the rim, I found it myself, and the replaced cheap-o stem on my own. They did however tell me that they could not balance it as first quoted, something about some missing cup in their shop. This place is a complete joke, don't waste your time or try chances. Better luck someplace else I'm certain. Oh sure they will claim the rim was weird and not their fault - but it's not weird, it's a new Ford. And, we fully discussed the job before they accepted it. They might also claim they tried to fix their mistake and reached out to me. But there is no way I would let them touch anything of mine ever again. I will not deal with dishonest.
