I called this location ahead of time to see if I could get my turn signal bulb replaced and asked them to confirm if they had the parts in stock and provided the make, model and year of my car. They confirmed they had the part. When I arrived, I was politely checked in but after waiting 30 minutes or so for my car to get looked at they informed me they, in fact, didn’t have the part due to the signal light being fully LED on my car. My car is stock from the factory with no modifications. I would’ve expected the staff here to have properly checked if the correct part was actually in stock which wasted my time this morning. Staff was polite and respectful. They did not try upselling me other services which indicates they are honest at least.

The current ownership is the best yet. The facility is organized and spotless. The team is friendly and seem to take pride in their work. Bravo!
