- CCcollin campbellDec 29, 20251.0Often come to this AutoZone, but I was running late and just quickly needed a pick took set, I felt bad walking in 5 minutes before they closed but I was paying with card and knew exactly what I needed, when I walked in a man (Mike) checked his watch and said “aye we’re kinda closed” I respond yeah I’m sorry I was hoping I could just grab a tool pick set, he seemed annoyed and just looked down at whatever he was doing (he wasn’t behind the counter) so I asked where I could find it, he just looked away from me, Mike was very rude, he then yelled “hey we are closed” I thought he was talking to me so I said that I had already asked him for help and he ignored me, then he said “first off I wasn’t talking to you there was someone at the door” I didn’t see anyone at the door regardless it was really rude, unprofessional and more importantly unlike Auto-Zone, needless to say I found the picks I was looking for but I didn’t want to bother Mike with the hassle and left without what I came for, I would normally recommend Auto-Zone… not this one Edit: Talked to what I assume is the GM, he confirmed that the guy lied about his name, and I doubled checked with the guy at the counter and he backed him up agreeing his name was Mike, well management informed me that his name was definitely Nick and there is not a Mike on the team… great GM though!
