    I was shopping for jack stand, and other parts. There is a new guy named Tony working on the front. He was quite unprofessional. When checking out he did not ask for phone number or email to register for receipt and stated "its only for rewards". No sir, its to track and to make returns easy if necessary. Other than that, its a good place, small traffic and has generally what you need. Just need the staff up front to act more professional.

    Such an unprofessional place. I walked in and there was an employee sitting on a chair behind the cash register. He only got up after he realized that i was looking at him. If i hadnt caught his attention, he would still be sitting there right now

    Avoid this place. They didn't want to take back a screwdriver that ended up not being the correct one for my vehicle. He said it was a little worn out due to the fact that it was used during which I attempting to use it while trying to find the screw and initially trying to see if it was the right screwdriver although I wasn't able to actually use it. Don't understand why they would make such a big deal for just a screwdriver. I ended up telling him to keep it because I didn't need it anyways.

    They were not helpful in accepting a return, sent me on to another store which ended up not accepting the return either and the manager of that store told me that this store should have accepted it. The person who helped me just ended up wasting my time. Wont be shopping at Advanced auto ever again.

    This location is worthless. Couldn’t even process a battery core return from another location because they are on an older “system”. Was told that I need to find a location that’s on the new “system” as if it’s my problem. I would have settled for store credit but wasn’t even offered that. This place is clearly still stuck in the 90s. Might as well shut this location down just like the others.
