  Over & above service! Karrington & Keith ensured me a car after Budget/Avis cancelled on me the day before our trip!! They both went over & above, will definitely be using this location again! We even upgraded our vehicle! They made a stressful start to our trip to a great start! Very pleased & highly recommend!

  We were in a tight spot and needed a car quick the Friday of Spring Break . We couldn’t believe our luck when they said that they had one available. Rushed over before they closed and the place was busy . Karrington Anderson is the lovely lady that helped us - we know because she gave us her card . Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but we witnessed a customer being extremely rude to her and she handled the situation calmly and effectively. This location is also nice & clean . There is no doubt we will be back when we need another car . Thank you for making our experience easy breezy, Enterprise. See you soon .

  Recieved confirmation. Showed up to find no vehicle available. I called thier customer service to ask them to make reservations for a truck anywhere within 20miles. Only to later have that branch tell me they didn't have anything to offer me. He wanted my cc information just for his files. So no rental but still wanted my card info.
