He also "chose to believe me" when I stated that I had already discussed the situation and it had been cleared; and that I had the call recorded, just in case he needed to hear it. He was very dismissive and until I got there and spoke directly to Shawn, the manager, showing him the recorded conversation I was treated very poorly all around. Thank you Shawn for your help and proper customer service skills.

Wheels I didn't really know what type, size and color of rims I wanted to purchase so I left then returned again for the second time try the rent-a -wheel contract for these 18 inch deep blue rims with tires then had those for a couple of weeks returned them then left then I didn't rent until after a month or two to purchase my final set of wheels 20 inch metallic black wheels so I am very satisfied on what I bought & it makes my ride looks FRESH as Heck thanks R.A.W. wheels for having great customer service & fast results best thanks to Henry & his crew of people that get the job done thanks for the young woman that works the front desk & the installed guy who put my awesome wheels on I will definitely will be returning again happy holidays and a New years to the whole staff at the location of 10900 Gulf Fwy, Houston, tx thanks for everything folks best wishes to amazing company.

How does your program work?
We're all about making the wheels, tires, accessories and services you need and want affordable. We have a Buy-It-Today or 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Option. Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early. You can fill out our online application to be pre-approved.

How much do wheels and tires cost?
Price is determined by size and finish. But as one of the largest wheel and tire retailers in the country, we can sell wheels and tires at great prices.
Not only is our cash price in line with the other big players, but we also offer flexible payment options like 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Options and weekly low payments for as long as 82 weeks. In short, we'll put together a payment process that works for you.

Can I purchase or rent to own only?
Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.
What do I need to rent wheels & tires/What to bring?
To qualify for our Rent-To-Own program we have a few simple requirements. In order to open an agreement, you will have to show proof of employment (paycheck stub), proof of vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of address (utility bill) and 5 references. How does the referral program work?
Earn $50 toward your account for every friend you recommend that becomes a customer. There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you would like. Simply call the store with their name and number and we’ll do all the work. Qualifications: You must be an active customer in good standing. The referred customer must open a new rent-to-own agreement with us for a set of wheels and/or tires. It’s simple!
