She was very pleasant and enjoyed doing her job. The ceramic wash good it was clean and left no residue that I could tell. My salesman had the conversation of a salesman (a bit too salesy overdone towards the end however he sold me😊)
- ECEdward CarrascoNov 17, 20254.0For the most part a good car wash, how ever the 1st time I went there after I left bout 30mins later I noticed Black specs on the driver side and passenger side of my truck I went back and had my truck re-washed then I wanted for bout 10mins before I left, when I got home I had more black specs on the driver side, I honestly believe either the tire clean has too much spray or the solution is to high for the matter of once you start to drive if the tires are not dry then it throws black stuff on your ride, I have the $38 membership with all-terrain 4x4 tires,
- RTRachel TorresNov 17, 20251.0The big white manger was extremely rude to us and was over talking us to the point where he was yelling and made my baby cry!! and he yelled at his employees and got extremely angry at us and his employees i can’t support a business who hires people like that Richie‘s car wash will not treat their employees and customers like that extremely disappointed since it was the grand opening!!! I understand it’s stressful but when someone is talking to you with respect it’s not nice for you to raise your voice and cut them off!!!!!! Especially to your employers and customers !!!

It doesn't get the nooks and crannies of the grill and rims, but what drive through car wash does? To me it doesn't matter because they offer free damp microfiber cloths and free vacuums! I couldn't ask for more in a car wash! Try this place out if you have the chance!

Not only was all the staff friendly and amazing, John our representative was spot on with amazing information in an easy to understand way! Found out that he's never done sales like that before and he was so good they asked him to come from Corpus to do this. Truly an amazing gentleman and staff! Thank you for this wonderful addition to TC. Thank you to Natalie she was truly phenomenal!!
