  I reserved a car on February the 14th I went to pick up the vehicle and all they had to give me was a small four-door Mitsubishi car very tiny. I had never rented a car from them that small before, it was the worst ever. The car was loud like a tractor . I was driving in bad weather and the front suspension was pulling so bad I did not feel safe at all. Overall the car had a very rough ride you felt every road bump there was on the road. I'm normally a satisfied customer but not this time. 🫤

  Online, I ordered a premium car and they're online rental is confusing. They were going to deliver the car to me. I didn't realize this. I said I'd pick it up at the location. I stated they said the car would be there. I got there. I had no idea who I was no car was delivered there for me. All they had was a medium grade SUV, where small SUV? I'm 6'2 250 pounds. Sixteen hour ride was very uncomfortable. could barely walk when I got there.hour into the trip i called enterprise. They said someone would be calling me to trade me out. Cars in the area that I was in. I waited around an hour nothing I called back. They were closed. So after sixteen hours, I finally got him to trade.In the car, after I made my destination for the destination back and it was a little bigger but still not the premium car.I order. I'd do like the fact that they have unlimited miles, put their customer service.Could be a lot better.
