    The team at Mavis really saved the day. I was traveling through Texarkana when my valve stem broke and my tire went flat. After being towed there, they accepted me as a walk-in immediately. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the price was excellent. If you are looking for great tire service and honest prices, I highly recommend this location.

    Took vehicle in 11:30 on Friday for rear brake pads and rotors they said it would be ready before closing at 6pm quoted 450.00 for that. Was not ready never received a phone call from them. I called them to find out it was not ready. Tried to pick up Saturday vehicle still not ready and now calipers need to be replaced. Finally got in touch with them around 1pm Saturday and was told Bill was 808.00 plus tax. Wife picked up car Sunday around noon a was presented a bill for 949. And told the 808 quote did not include labor. Very unsatisfied with the communication they never once called us to tell us what was going on and our quoted bill of 450 went to a total of 949. Very unpleasant experience and will not go back.
