Last minute , booked online , stranded , late , no appointment never mattered , they do the work and do it well while treating you like family . Their knowledgeability shines when they relate technical terms and problems in an easy to understand and follow way that meets consumerist me right where I’m at . Pricing ? Not even close to breaking the bank ! Any work I needed has always been cheaper than I feared or expected . Even when they must deliver bad news , they break it gently and I’ve never left less than smiling . It’s cold outside , KC was so kind to bring my baby loves car basically to the doorway itself . Can’t imagine needing to go anywhere else . Another cool thing , they didn’t mind taking the time to write up notes and full quotes , knowing i’d be doing it once piece at a time , if at all , & I liked that . They don’t do unnecessary repairs or sugarcoat vehicle condition . I’m impressed that they didn’t do unnecessary work , especially when it’s cold , and late , especially when they could have charged for bay time , for their skill , for any ole little thing , like would Have happened anywhere else . It’s not special treatment , they did the little ole lady the same way , and everybody I’ve ever seen in there . They even got tv you can watch and it don’t smell like a tire shop inside . Parkin lot always spiffy too . Mavis ? More like MAVENS .
