  A huge shout out to Auto Zone on Robison Rd in Texarkana. My car stalled out at night in the cold and the engine would not turn over. My mom and I were stranded in a parking lot. Somebody in Ollie's suggested I walk over to Auto Zone since I could not find anyone who could jump the car. So I did and Kyle asked his manager if he could walk over to my car where I had to leave my mom stranded and cold. His manager said yes and Kyle got our car to start. We offered to drive him back to the store and he said "No thank you." He squared us up in no time with a new, better battery than what we had before, which had corroded. I just wanted to acknowledge Kyle and everyone at that store who turned what could have been a disaster, into a blessing.

  I had such a great experience with Blain he was so nice and helpful. I pulled up and he tested my car and it told him I needed a battery. He gave me some options and he even put the battery in for me. I am so glad he was there he is an angel I was already having a bad day and he made it better. Thank you again and I will be back.

  I had a very bad experience speaking to the first gentleman that answered the phone. He was rude and seemed to give me attitude on simple questions. He handed the phone off to somebody else and she was much more pleasant to speak to, but I don’t think I’m ever gonna do business with this specific store again I highly recommend going to the store on seventh instead as they were far better to work with.

  I want to shout-out the amazing folks at the Texarkana AutoZone. A week and a half ago I was on hour 12 of a 17 hour road trip back to Austin when I got a check engine light in Texarkana. I went to this AutoZone to run a computer check on my car which turned-up several issues with spark plugs and ignition coils. I was able to get the items necessary and received help from the staff with advice and even help un-tightening some pesky ignition coils. However, after I installed everything I was still receiving a check engine light. But, that's when Raven swooped in with her very awesome, advanced computer car checker and was able to figure out the exact coil that was failing. Raven got the coil, we installed it, she reset the alerts on my car and the issue was resolved. We got back to Austin safely and the car has continued to run great since our visit. Massive thanks to AutoZone and especially to Raven and her husband for all their help. Truly. THANK YOU!!!
