    A huge shout out to Auto Zone on Robison Rd in Texarkana. My car stalled out at night in the cold and the engine would not turn over. My mom and I were stranded in a parking lot. Somebody in Ollie's suggested I walk over to Auto Zone since I could not find anyone who could jump the car. So I did and Kyle asked his manager if he could walk over to my car where I had to leave my mom stranded and cold. His manager said yes and Kyle got our car to start. We offered to drive him back to the store and he said "No thank you." He squared us up in no time with a new, better battery than what we had before, which had corroded. I just wanted to acknowledge Kyle and everyone at that store who turned what could have been a disaster, into a blessing.

    I had such a great experience with Blain he was so nice and helpful. I pulled up and he tested my car and it told him I needed a battery. He gave me some options and he even put the battery in for me. I am so glad he was there he is an angel I was already having a bad day and he made it better. Thank you again and I will be back.

    I had a very bad experience speaking to the first gentleman that answered the phone. He was rude and seemed to give me attitude on simple questions. He handed the phone off to somebody else and she was much more pleasant to speak to, but I don’t think I’m ever gonna do business with this specific store again I highly recommend going to the store on seventh instead as they were far better to work with.

    Mr. Blane, the manager at the Texarkana location on North Robinson Road, was extremely helpful and kind during my visit as I needed my car battery replaced. He along with the friendly staff are always helpful and courteous.
