  My Uncle who is in his 70s with Alzheimer's recently went in this location and my Aunt told me that Brad in parts was the kindest and most patient person to him. All he has left, in his eyes, is his mower and it needs an oil change. I'm going to change it but he gets obsessed and insisted on taking his owners manual up there and telling them what he needs done. Brad handled it with grace and respect. Thanks for treating my Uncle with respect and helping my Aunt keep him happy! Great work Brad! Give that man a bonus!

  We do a lot of business with United Ag in Terrell. I can’t say enough good things about Brad in Parts and the great customer service he provides. Always helpful, patient , & friendly!

  Chris in parts has been a very helpful after I ordered the wrong parts on my own. He was very responsive, helping me find the right items and even carrying the order out to my truck. Absolutely great service in parts! Thanks Chris!

  I went today with my neighbor to look at the Z730M I recently purchased before delivery. The front counter clerk called Justin to help me. When I said hello and asked how it was going, he replied, “I’m making it.” He then walked toward the warehouse and told me my zero-turn was over there, as if I already knew exactly where to go. I walked around until I found it and did the walkthrough on my own, spending about 10 minutes looking it over. Justin eventually came over but didn’t say anything. When I said, “Okay, thank you,” his only response was, “The exit is that way.” Since I completed the entire purchase over the phone, this was my first time seeing a Z730M in person, and I expected at least a chance to ask a few questions. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. My neighbor and I have been loyal customers at this location, but after this experience, we won’t be returning.
