  I usually go to another dealership, but this one was closer so I thought I would try it for the moment. I pulled up and was greeted with a smile until the minute I left. I absolutely loved this place very friendly very efficient. I will definitely be back.

  Bought a new Palisade and had the most amazing auto buying experience.The Sales people Jerry and Gloria were wonderful throughout the whole process and the Sales Manager Gio was so kind. If you are looking for a Hyundai I would definitely recommend Clay Cooley in Terrell. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. I will also be purchasing my daughter’s car soon and definitely will be going back.

  Purchased a Hyundai Elantra from this dealership. While the vehicle was priced competitively, they added on a fee for GPS elo deal that I did not ask for, as well as pushed for a family warranty that I requested that I did not want, and I waited for 5 hours to finalize the purchase. When I was making my down payment for my vehicle, they ran my credit card without informing me there would be an additional fee, causing an additional cost that I was not aware of. After expressing my displeasure through an internal rating request, they said they would call me to discuss these issues, but they never did.
