Shay, an employee here at AutoZone, noticed I was having trouble and came outside to check on me. After I told him my truck wouldn’t start, he immediately called a mechanic. The mechanic showed up within 20 minutes and installed a new starter on the spot. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Terrell AutoZone went above and beyond to help me out in a stressful moment. Thank you, Shay — you’ve got a great employee here, AutoZone!
