  Juan Castro was absolutely GREAT!! Customer service was outstanding! He was very patient with me answered all my questions & I never felt rush or pressured this was a fantastic experience talk about a great team member and making you feel comfortable, confident in your choice!   I had a really great experience working with Andrew. He was easy to talk to, honest, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. We had great conversations about faith, my teaching journey, and just life in general, which made it feel more personal than a typical car buying experience.   Heather is an absolutely amazing service agent. She helped Hyundai and the service technicians there fully repair (and basically replace) the engine in my 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0t to honor a warranty extension a decade after the car was new. It took a bit of work and a few trips back to the shop, but the car drives like new and almost looks new too.
