- SSSydneyApr 6, 20261.0Absolutely do not recommend going to this location. We were told to go here to get an issue addressed that was caused by a different location (hours away). They were totally incompetent, the whole staff. They removed our skid plate for us since it was hanging down as a result of the initial oil change we had with the other Valvoline. In the process, they (THIS location) removed too many screws which caused the metal plate beneath it to drop and drag as we left. We turned around to get it repaired, they initially glanced and tried to tell my husband “oh it’s not hanging or damaged, you’re fine” without even looking / pulling us into the bay. Once they decided they’d believe us they guided me into the bay, to which said metal piece snagged, bent and scratch into the bay itself. Again, they were guiding me in as this happened with 3 different techs looking from all different angels of the car. We then had to reverse, turn the car around, back into the bay in order to RE bend / scrape / damage the metal plate. Horrible experience, awful service, so unprofessional. See photos of the metal plate hanging that snagged that “they couldn’t see initially”. Oh, and it “isn’t their responsibility because they didn’t do the oil change”. So of course now we are left with further damage, and potentially no resolution.
