  Abby is great at asking for surveys and handing out interior kits. Tire shine didn’t seem to work this time through. Probably not Abby’s fault but you never know. Need more grant money to continue research.

  I went there for 2 months, and I got damage to my car in that time! On my last visit the machines came off the right side of my front bumper and when I went to ask they told me that they found it somewhere else, saying that it was not their fault they just gave it to me and that’s it! Terrible service I don’t recommend it and I won’t go back there even with free membership

  First off I love the name of the carwash! I have Traverse, known as big Bertha, I am a travel nurse. So I stay on the road and Tommy car wash gets her together all the time.I love the cleanness and everyone around has a smile.Today I was assisted by Kenya he was very friendly and acknowledge of any questions that I asked. I’m new to Temple so his knowledge and kindness were appreciated. Also I’m loving the free wipes which I needed. Of course I had to get a monthly membership! ~Thank you Kenya keep up the wonderful work!

  Tommys Express in Temple, TX. is just great!! The employees are very helpful and so nice. A big shoutout to Trixie there who not only brought me a pack of interior car wipes but also my truck hitch cover that came off during the wash. I really appreciated her doing that, going above and beyond as i was glad to get my hitch cover back. I am now a new customer and will be back! Thanks yall!

  Khi at Tommy’s Express was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My car looks cleaner than before, the vacuums worked perfectly, and the service was quick and convenient. I even received complimentary All Purpose Cleaning Wipes. I’ll definitely be coming back—thank you, Khi!
