When I visited yesterday, the employee assisting me who I believe was named Niyah appeared to be under the influence. She smelled strongly of marijuana, had red eyes, and was slurring her words. On top of that, she showed no interest in helping me or explaining any of the wash options. It felt unprofessional and honestly concerning. I used to really like this place, but this experience made it seem like there’s a lack of standards when it comes to staff behavior. I even tried calling the store afterward to report the situation, but no one answered, and I never received a call back. That made the situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, because of this, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
