- HWhunter warwick4 days ago2.0Wasn’t a bad service but I’m upset because my 300 dollar deposit I only got 215 of it back because since they were closed for Easter they charged me a extra day even though we returned it on Saturday. That doesn’t make sense to me. I picked up the car on Friday at around 5:30pm and brought it back Saturday at 11pm. Even on our reservation it said we would bring the car back at 11:30pm. They told me at the office this was fine when picking up the car. Then come today I had to call them because I still haven’t gotten my 300 deposit back and it’s because they forgot to check me out. They checked me out and the lady told me well it’s because they were closed Sunday and didn’t come back till Monday so I got charged a extra day with the car.. how does that make any sense.. so I lose 85 dollars and get charged a extra day that I didn’t even have the car? I returned it Saturday. Don’t yall have cameras to confirm this? Pretty ridiculous. Won’t be getting a car from here again.

I was told that caliber collision would call Enterprise once I checked in at CC. 3 hours later after checking in the front rep called enterprise in front of me and confirmed it would be 30 wait for pick up. After 45 mins of waiting the front rep asked "Enterprise still isn't here?" I replied and said no. I called Enterprise myself and they said the customer is the one that should call....I can't believe I sat there for 45 mins for nothing.
