This location is hands down the best Valvoline in the entire county, and it’s because of great people like these three who go above and beyond for every customer that walks in. Ethan showed incredible patience and knowledge when helping me with my truck. Even toward the end of the day, when most places would’ve already turned customers away, he went out of his way to let me pull into the closed bay and get my oil change done. That kind of dedication and care speaks volumes about his professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He also took the time to educate me about a few issues with my truck and recommended the right services to address them — something you don’t see every day. Ted was just as professional and friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly and ensuring the experience was seamless from start to finish. And Kayla was absolutely spectacular — extremely organized, kind, and attentive to every detail. You can tell she takes pride in her work and keeps everything running like clockwork. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family, takes pride in what they do, and truly cares about their customers, the Valvoline in Temple is the place to go. State approved low class motor oil ..my 2000 nissan altima sounds like a wind up watch now and they said it was pretty existing condition..my car is going to cost me 2,700$ to be repaired because bad buisness . .recommend that you take your buisness else where or be in for a major disappointment..
