  Great car wash! The facility was clean, and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Kenya M. for providing us with a couple of cleansing wipe packages, such a thoughtful touch! This was our first time here, and we’ll definitely be back. The prices are excellent for the quality of service provided. Highly recommend!

  There’s a running joke in Temple about how many car washes there are BUT Tommy’s is hands down the best. Every single staff member that I’ve encountered has gone above and beyond and with a smile on their face. From the staff, to cleanliness of the property/equipment, the mat cleaner, great vacuums and spotless car washes- Tommy’s is top tier. Also, Tristan gets a special mention for being so helpful and so kind! Fantastic customer service!

  Tommy’s Express Car Wash is amazing! Me & my husband have the free trial membership & we love it so much, we'll definitely be purchasing when our month is over. Abby is such a great employee, she helped me figure out my own error when my car wouldn’t go through because I inserted the incorrect license plate lol. She was very patient & kind.

  I honestly think Tommy’s express car wash is the best car wash in town. Every time I go, the place is super clean and everything just feels well taken care of. You can tell they really stay on top of keeping it nice. The employees are always really friendly. Shout out to Trixie, she helped me set up my membership and made it so easy. She also showed me how to use the mat washer, which I had no idea how to work before. She was patient and super nice about everything.

  I’m very disappointed with this car wash service. I chose this franchise specifically because I like the convenience of being able to just slide my car through without hassle. Unfortunately, every time I’ve used the locations in Temple and Killeen, I’ve had the same issue. As soon as I drive my car out of the establishment, debris of some sort ends up on my vehicle. It completely defeats the purpose of paying for a wash when I leave and immediately have to deal with dirt or particles getting back onto my car. For a service that’s supposed to leave your vehicle clean and spotless, this has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better consistency and quality control.
