    I had an outstanding experience. Shaun and Trixie displayed excellent customer service from start to finish. They were welcoming, attentive, genuinely eager to help and checked in to make sure I was completely satisfied. They definitely gained a new customer.

    Mikey was awesome. Great customer service e. Like that they have the molded mats cleaner. However, you do have to pay for the cleaner and rags. Otherwise does a great job. Got the Works. Impressed.

    I visited this business and was amazed by the improvements with customer service and the cleanliness of the restrooms. Trinity walked up to me and asked "Did you have a good wash". I never had a personable question posed to me of such. My experience there yesterday was a very good one. Thanks to Trini.

    Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Temple Texas, in my word, is the best car wash in town. Trixie is the cashier and such a sweet and friendly person. She is knowledgable of her job and very helpful with questions and answers. My Ram truck goes in dirty and comes out sparkling clean including the tires and wheels, step sides which never get cleaned at the other drive through car washes, and grill which is usually the hardest part to get clean. Zoom in on my photos and you will see the amazing difference between Tommy’s Express Car Wash and the car wash you’re using.
