Keep in mind nobody was around and he was on the phone, this lady comes out of the office to tell him “I can refuse you service if you keep talking like that” Mind you nobody was talking to her nor there was anybody around! My husband drove 6 hours to get his part just to be refuse service! Ridiculous! They called my husband back asking to apologize to them if not they will refuse service in the future. I’m sorry but who calls back to instigate the situation or keep the argument? Horrible staff the lady being the first person with an ugly attitude. Do better!
