Is exceptional, he greeted me the moment I walked in the door and as I’m checking out he informed me of a deal that was available to me for something I was purchasing asked if he could check on it, went over to the area the item was located confirmed there was a deal offering me a savings asked me if I wanted the item and grabbed me the additional item bringing it back to the register for me. He not only checked on the deal he also made sure I would have liked to accept it before assuming I did. He is leaps and bounds above the standard for customer service in today’s industry.

Regardless of us being customers, “manager” Warren P. was very rude to my friends and I. Not only us, but we say him treat his employee/co-worker rude as well. A manager is supposed to lead the place and show respect and that is not what Warren P. displayed.
