  I received good and timely service from the professional and courteous staff. They explained everything in detail to replace both control arms and a wheel alignment on my pick-up. They had the parts onsite within 20 minutes of the work assessment and had the work done in 90 minutes, at a competitive price, compared to what I was quotes elsewhere. I initially stopped in just to get a quote and left with the work completed. You can’t beat good and fast service at a great price!

  I cannot say enough good things about this Goodyear store and the manager Kyle. I had stopped at another tire store 15 miles north where they overfilled my low tire, which caused the light to come back on almost immediately on the interstate. I was very stressed, running late to a wedding south of Austin and unsure what to do! The team was absolutely incredible, understood the urgency and got right to work! They identified the issue of an overinflated tire and had me back on the road in no time. I appreciated the honesty and compassion-especially as a woman traveling alone. And Phil chatted me up to calm my nerves while Kyle made sure staff got right to work! With gratitude-Solo Traveler.

  I was welcomed as I walked into the office with an expensive list of repairs deemed necessary by another service group. Just a few short hours later my car was repaired with truly necessary repairs at less than half of the cost. The office staff are warm, welcoming, and confidently helpful. The service personnel are competent and efficient. Goodyear is the place I want to go to have my car cared for professionally and quickly.

  I took my car in, they told me they couldn't get the oil filter cover off, and thus they didn't complete the oil change. Yet they charged me full price, and then when I complained about the incomplete service, the manager told me there was nothing they could do because a tight gasket was "not their problem." I cannot recommend using them under any circumstances.
