- JPJack PittmanJul 16, 20251.0Update: My wife and I did have a very poor experience with this location but after speaking a regional manager we were able to resolve the issue and had an excellent experience with the Killeen location. Poor quality repairs didn't even last 6 months then they refused to honor their so called warranty. I strongly advise any and everyone to avoid this shop and if you have no choice but to use them then throughly document the damage before and after any so called "repairs" because THEY WILL CHEAT YOU. I couldn't be anymore disgusted with this business and I strongly encourage you to save yourself the trouble and try to find an honest shop because this isn't it.

Fast, seamless, professional service! from Nevaeh, who promptly in-checked me and turned me over to Lola who expertly surveyed my vehicle and even noted my good luck charm! To the auto body techs who did an amazing job! To Stephen who out processed me great customer service and the management of it all. Thank you all. They showed my truck some love when i had forgotten to. Even the lady who offered me some chocolate while i waited for the uber. Outstanding service.
