Representatives were friendly and helpful they took the time to explain what my insurance will cover and helped me make the best choice in vehicle for myself. Even though it was busy they were pretty quick in and out in about 20 mins. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise next time I need a rental!

The person that gave a 1 star saying you can only use credit card is false. Debit or credit. So just wanted to put his out there.

I was also given a free upgrade to an SUV, which inspired me to search for a similar vehicle to the rental. The return was smooth as well. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the calculation of the amount of gas I put into the car. I was told that somehow I was $8 short on gas and that $8 will be deducted from my deposit. That sucked, but everything prior was great and I'd do it again.
