  Cat is amazing!!! This is my first time here and needed to check my breaks out and they offered it for free. And showed me everything I needed and I appreciate her honesty. I will definitely go back!!

  Yesterday i came up here so i could get a free quote on my breaks and rotors. the treatment and service i received was horrible. the GENERAL MANAGER was in the lobby when i came in. i’ve been up here countless times and i've never had a single issue with treatment or service. i told her what’s going on and told her i wanted a specific technician that i know and trust to look at it. i told her and said “i’d like thomas to look at it” she immediately got a bad attitude and snapped at me saying “well no he’s all tied up so he can’t🙄” i told her it was okay if he couldn’t id just come back. she then immediately snapped again and said “NO it’s fine he’s just doing a headlight job😒” i handed her my keys and she went into the shop. i seen everything since it’s all windows. i see her get a really bad attitude snapping her neck around and cussing me. all because i requested a specific mechanic she went on a rampage about how i had an attitude. (which isn’t true i was really nice) again all because i asked for some one specifically. you are a General manager! you are supposed to be leading and setting an example to everyone else not going to them while actively cussing a customer. anyways i recommend thomas to anyone that comes up here. he’s fast, efficient, friendly and isn’t about making you spend money.

  Catherine and Diela were great, they gave me a free brake inspection, which I came in for I thought that I needed to have some work done to them. They told me I was very close to needing replacement pads , they gave me exact specifications as to what condition my rotors were. Made recommendations and options which allowed me to pick the product that suited my budget best. Service was timely and friendly, so glad y'all put a store here in Temple.

  We went to Brakes Plus today and had a really great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Cat Davis, the manager, was especially nice and made sure everything went smoothly. Diela greeted us and helped with communication the whole time, which we really appreciated. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free. We left very happy and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place!

  I went in to get my calipers checked and possibly changed because they were making screeching noises when I stop or press the brakes. They told me only a brake cleaning should be needed to solve to problem. When I left the place after waiting 2.5h and the noise still persist. Cat the manager has great customer service skills but I'm upset that they didn't fix the problem. 😡
