  Brought my vehicle to Brakes Plus in Temple for an alignment. They told me it couldn’t be done unless I replaced the lower A-arm, so no alignment was performed (and no charge). I then took the same vehicle to another alignment shop, where the alignment was completed with no problems and no parts replacement. This felt like parts-changing instead of proper diagnosis.   I stopped in for an alignment today and Cody and the team took great care of me. They serviced my vehicle in a timely manner and got our vehicle running straight and smooth again. Thanks for the great service and attention to detail. Keep up the good work.

  Cody was very professional and highly skilled in his trade. He was easily able to articulate any issues in layman's terms. Cody was also able to squeeze me into the schedule without causing conflicts for me or any of the other customers. I highly recommend bringing in your vehicle to the professionals at brakes plus.

  If great car service had a fan club, White Diamond and Valentino (the official PawGrass Park mascots 🐶🐶) would 100% be president and vice president — and they’d both vote for Cody, the manager at Brakes Plus in Temple. From the moment I walked in, Cody treated me (and my ride) like VIPs. No pressure, no confusing car jargon, no “uh-oh” surprise charges — just honesty, clear explanations, and top-tier customer service with a great sense of humor. Even my dogs could sense the good vibes… and they don’t trust just anyone. Cody runs that shop like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). The team was fast, professional, and genuinely kind. My brakes feel fantastic, my stress disappeared, and if White Diamond and Valentino could talk, they’d say, “We approve. Five paws.” 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 If you’re in Temple and need car service, ask for Cody. This place has earned a loyal customer — and two very judgmental dog mascots backing that decision.

  I went to the Temple location and it wasn’t the best experience. 1st- I has an appointment and still waited for 30 minutes for my car to be pulled in. There were only 1 person there beside me at this time and every tech was just chopping it up with this one customer. I had to ask why my car hasn’t been looked at since it was just the two of us and I couldn’t get a starlight answer. 2nd- I was there to get an estimate on brakes and rotors. They don’t lift my car up, don’t take off any wheels to inspect the wear and tear. I was told I need rotors and pads on both axles. Estimate: 645.00. I kindly declined the offer and went down the street to brake check and I only need front pads. Treating customers right in the beginning says a lot about how they treat it customers and who they cater to! I will not be going back. Go to Brake Check , the service and all around professionalism will go a long way!
