I was sitting in my car troubleshooting when Shamar walked out and asked me if I need any help. Although I knew what I was doing , it was nice to have someone so helpful and I let him help me. This is my go to auto part store because everyone is so friendly and helpful

While in the parking lot, I called to see if the battery was in stock. Then, I asked if he could come outside to look at my truck to verify he could change the battery for me. Without hesitation, he came out and looked at my vehicle. I went inside, paid for the battery and he installed it in 10 minutes. He told me I could stay in the store where it was cool. He was Totally Awesome. Excellent customer service, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.

With only the amout of $ to buy a pully for my serpentine belt i couldnt buy a wrench for the tension pully. "Pickle" the delivery drive went abouve and beyond to not only let me borrow a wrench but because my battery wasnt charging my car didnt start so he helped me with a bump start box. But because my battery was so dead tbat didnt work. Pickle was leaving for his last delivery for the day and i figured i was on my own and tbanked him. What i didnt know was that before he left he had the younger employee bring a company truck to jump start my car. I got to say i was out of options but the employees at this store didt give up and got me on my way!! Thanks guys! You all made a difference today!
