  Very rude and unprofessional, i was waiting in line forever when it was finally my turn some big guy wearing a manager shirt started making fun of me and my shocks that i was trying to warranty. All i wanted was for my part to be exchanged since it was broken. Wouldn’t recommend coming here and dealing with ppl like him . Id rather go to O’reilly better customer service and quick part exchange on warranty parts without any excuses
