  Kimani and Dante were excellent—professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They got everything done quickly without cutting corners and never tried to upsell anything I didn’t need. I really appreciated that they used test strips to show exactly what was going on and backed up their recommendations with real data. Honest, transparent, and highly recommend.

  The experience was quick, in and out. However, even in these speedy times, Dante stood out. All of the employees were helpful, but Dante was noteworthy. He was courteous, kind, and efficient. He was polite and listed off everything going on with my vehicle, from an, "easy to understand" conversation. Thank you to the other two fellas that helped, but shout out to Dante.

  My experience with this location has been very disappointing. I originally came for a state inspection and as I was there their power went out and the computer that does what they needed wasn’t going to come back on for the rest of the day. Understandable so I left. I called the next day around 2pm and I was told they weren’t doing any state inspections till 4:30pm because they were low staff and people were taking lunch breaks. 2 weeks later I show up right at 8am and I was told that they weren’t doing state inspections till 8:30am and that someone was already in front of me. I just showed up and somehow with no one there but me and this other car we’re going to have to wait an hour and 15 min for a simple service. I don’t know who is managing this place but their lack of staffing and able to service people has been poorly managed. I left and came to Strickland Brothers and literally saw me in seconds, handed me a water and I was done in 15min. I won’t be returning here.

  Great place 👌! Got the oil change & oil filter change for the diesel ⛽️ truck. The hospitality was 100/10 and what a great & kind attitude/atmosphere! Will definitely make this my favorite spot for maintenance and future needs!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You can sit and wait (lobby)with fresh cold water! 🤌🤌🤌👍👍👍 Advice: buy your supplies first then just pay for the labor/work cost it will be cheaper 😉.

  I recently brought my truck in for a routine oil change, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. During the service, the technician removed my cabin air filter, which was very dirty and I understand it likely needed replacement. However, when it was taken out, leaves and debris were dropped into the fan area. After the service my fan started making a strange noise, and I ended up having to open the area myself and clean out the debris to fix it. When I opened it, I also noticed the filter compartment was not fully closed. Additionally, my glove compartment no longer opens the way it did before the service. I wasn’t expecting the technician to clean the filter or do anything extra with it. I just didn’t expect it to be removed, have a mound of leaves and debris left on top of it, and then be put back in that way. Even simply flipping it over and giving it a quick tap before reinstalling it would have prevented the debris from falling into the fan. I came in for a simple oil change, and instead the visit created several issues that I had to deal with myself. I would appreciate if this situation could be reviewed and addressed.
