- DADaniel Acker2 days ago1.0My daughter left something in her rental when she turned it back in. I called at 9:01 the next day. 44 minutes later I am still on hold. That is ridiculous! All I hear on the continual on hold loop is how Enterprise goes the extra mile on customer service. What a joke. How goes anybody put a customer on a 44 plus minute hold? I get being busy, but not for 44 minutes. Called national office and they couldn’t help me said they gad no way to contact them immediately. The corporate website totally screens you from being able to send a email. Oh and the chat is not available weekends. So no way to get immediate answers .

Very to the point, no funny business as he explained everything in clear detail and seemed genuinely interested about what i was up to as a first timer to Texas. A customer service was chaos then upon returning the vehicle, they let me know the day of at one something p.m. I’ll let them know two days after I return the vehicle that I did not know that it was Friday that it was due but Saturday and I’m trying to talk to them and all I’m getting is condescending talk back asking him is there anything they can do for me because I did not know that it was going to be that Saturday that I was confused cause I have so much going on having been on a total loss accident and then an accident at work that injured my eyes and I had just so much going on to where they could’ve sent me a reminder message or a phone call the day before not the day of
