- AWAngela WorrellDec 27, 20251.0Always an issue when I rent from the Taylor location. They never have the cars ready or with gas even if you reserve and check in online ahead of time. I’ve had a reservation before and then got here and they ran out of cars. The workers try their best but always short staffed so shame on the manager of this location. Go to the round rock location if you want to just get your car and go. This one will always leave you waiting for at least 30 min to an hour.

- DADaniel AckerNov 22, 20251.0My daughter left something in her rental when she turned it back in. I called at 9:01 the next day. 44 minutes later I am still on hold. That is ridiculous! All I hear on the continual on hold loop is how Enterprise goes the extra mile on customer service. What a joke. How goes anybody put a customer on a 44 plus minute hold? I get being busy, but not for 44 minutes. Called national office and they couldn’t help me said they gad no way to contact them immediately. The corporate website totally screens you from being able to send a email. Oh and the chat is not available weekends. So no way to get immediate answers .
