  I needed windshield wipers, so I stopped at Auto Zone. The associate that helped me was Heath W. He was knowledgeable and very helpful! He cheecked my windshield washer fluid to see if I needed any and he went out in the rain to put my new windshield wipers on my jeep. It was such a wonderful experience and I will share it with all my family and friends. My associate Heath W. went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

  Well I was very satisfied with Emily and Jermaine for attending us almost rite at closing time because O'Reilly was pathetic young man didn't want to take time to look for a relay but these guys are awesome 😎 they actually did before closing thank y'all so much I know we're to go for now on...🫶

  I went on my lunch break to AutoZone #1504 in Sulphur Springs, TX to have my battery tested. Paul was kind enough to get the battery tester out and let me know my battery had zero charge, which meant it could not hold a charge even though the alternator was charging it as it would run. I had been experiencing a hesitation while starting my vehicle since the previous day. When Paul looked at the battery, he noticed it was from the year 2019, so it had last a good long time, but was ready to be replaced. Paul was then able to find two battery options that would fit my 2005 Chevy Silverado, since the older vehicle didn’t need an AGM style battery. I was able to purchase A Duralast gold battery with a three-year warranty from Paul and he even offered to install the battery. But I said I need to get back to work. He signed me up on the rewards program and reminded me that I could bring the old battery back to get a refund of the core charge and earned points on future purchases. After work, I returned to AutoZone to have my newly purchased Duralast Gold battery installed. Jeramie McGill was available and willing to help me! He pulled out a heavy -duty metal cart, a toolbox and rolled it out to meet my truck. He even carried the battery from my truck bed to the front to put it on the cart. I appreciate that, it was very heavy. He was very personable, we had a great conversation while he was trading out the battery and then he was able to process my refund on the core charge. I will come back anytime and let Paul and Jeramie help me! They really put my mind at ease and got me on the road with confidence again! Thank you again guys!

  Heath W. Was very helpful and friendly. I needed a battery put on my daughter’s car across from auto zone and he came right over and replaced the battery for me.
