- NNNia4 days ago1.0I wish I could give -1 star for this location. We went to this location and rented a 16 ft truck. 20 minutes later on my way to my destination, the truck engine died. The engine light came on on the highway. I Wasn’t even able to pull into a parking lot. Called this Penske location for assistance, they said a tow truck would be on the way 60-90mins. I was given a number to call if the tow company took too long. After some time passed I called the number, the number didn’t even ring. To add insult, the Penske location stopped answering my calls. Its been over an hour and i’m still waiting on a tow. Update: it has been 2+ hours later. Still waiting on someone to come. Penske has now told they are sending not a tow aa previously agreed. Why would I trust taking this vehicle from them again? Even if the technician can fix whatever…
