Usually a Great location but I went today and after driving through the wash, every vacuum was super weak. No suck. Hope they fix it bc I left without a good vacuum . I got the Mr car wash membership just incase
I’ve been coming to Quick Quack Car Wash for a while now, and it’s usually my go-to spot. I typically vacuum my car first and then go through the wash, cleaning from the inside out, but my recent experience was disappointing.
During my last visit, the manager approached me while I was vacuuming and asked if I planned to get a wash. I said yes, and he walked away. About 10–15 minutes later, he came back and told me there was a 10-minute time limit for the vacuum. I questioned why I was being singled out, especially since another customer nearby had been there longer. He said he was approaching everyone, but I did not see that happen.
Feeling frustrated, I stopped vacuuming and went through the wash since my car needed it. Afterward, I returned to the vacuum area to dry my car and observed the situation. Even after 30 minutes, I did not see him approach other customers in the same way.
I understand the concern about people using vacuums without purchasing a wash, but I was upfront about my intention and followed through. I also didn’t see any posted policy requiring customers to wash before vacuuming.
I felt I was treated in a disrespectful and unfair manner, which was very upsetting. I understand policies around vacuum use,
but it should be applied consistently to all customers, not selectively.
Update in response to owner:
I clearly stated I would be purchasing a wash, so any implication that I was there for free vacuum use is false. The real issue is selective and inconsistent enforcement.
I was approached multiple times while others remained for extended periods without being addressed at all. How are you defending a policy that isn’t consistently enforced or even clearly displayed? If these policies are truly in place, they must be communicated and applied equally, not at random.
Both the experience and your response reflect a lack of consistency and professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of Mr. Joseph. His communication with customers is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Additionally, asking a customer to leave their vehicle at the time of registration without proper explanation is unacceptable.
Please ensure that your staff are properly trained on how to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers. This experience has been very unsatisfactory, and I hope immediate steps are taken to improve customer service.
Best car wash service, they got free outside vacuums, also has varieties of packages that fit your expense, including single washes. Been going to this carwash for a year, pretty good.
Never coming to this car wash again having two separate lanes one for membership and “cashier” is very dumb to begin with and confusing I felt nervous not knowing which is what might change name to “non membership or guest” anyways it’s $12.99 for just a regular basic car wash when you go elsewhere the most basic wash is $7.00/$8.00 and ranges very disappointing the machine did not dry my car completely took me 15mins to dry off my car and then to vacuum my car everything was good working fine but they didn’t have products (the latest car wash’s I been have liquid to clean the inside of the car) this one didn’t for its price it should they were stock up with towels which is good! But I read their rules “10mins per vehicle” how was I supposed to finish my car in 10mins at a regular car wash with two people who vacuum everything doesn’t even take 10mins ridiculous policy. I don’t recommend it but I was nearby and couldn’t back up from the drive through.
