  A miserable experience renting from this dealership. Last week, my wife submitted a request for a luxury mid size SUV through Costco. We came to the dealership and they told us the car we requested to rent wasn't available because we arrived within 24 hours, and that they'd call us back once it was ready. 3 days pass, no call back. We called them to ask if it was ready, and the response was "come see for yourself". Really? You don't know your own inventory? We resubmitted the rental request through Costco and waited 48 hours to arrive. They again did not have the requested car. It took us 25 minutes to get out of there with an alternative option, partially because they need my insurance information and I clumsily assumed I could use my insurance app in the store. They unfortunately have no WiFi and there is no cell service (T-Mobile) within a 400 foot radius, because even their suggestion to me to walk to the adjacent BBQ restaurant for signal did not resolve the connectivity problem. After we finally got the car, we realize it has less than 1/8th of the tank full of gasoline so we need to fill it the same day. Lucky us.
