We stopped for oil change and State Inspection and he showed us how our air filter was plenty dirty. We also took the opportunity to have them flush the transmission and changed fluids. We were getting ready for a trip so we were pleased to get our wiper blades replaced too. It was a good visit and were pleased with the overall care the guys took care of us as we waited.

They removed the engine filter box but didn’t secure it properly afterward—I found it carelessly stuffed back in and had to fasten it myself. The technician also didn’t let me press the pedal to check the engine after the oil change, likely because he knew the filter wasn’t reinstalled correctly. They didn’t reset the oil change light or provide a receipt. I’m not sure how they can claim to be certified technicians with this level of work.
