  I have a Nissan armada . No one vacuum the 3rd row or even cleaned it . I had to call them back 3 time to clean the console , which is where most of dust and dirt collect in a car . After expressing my dissatisfaction the offered to take it back to the vacuum section but I had to leave . Ohh that jasmine air freshener I paid for ? Never got it . All on all the service was very underwhelming. I won’t be going back .

  I currently pay over $110 per month for Mister Car Wash memberships — $73/month for the Platinum Interior package (their highest interior service) and another Titanium Exterior membership for a second vehicle. I chose Mister Car Wash because I expected consistent, high-quality service from a national brand. Unfortunately, the attention to detail from the interior team has been consistently disappointing. My car is not that dirty ever. I don’t have kids and it’s mostly just me in it. Anybody could probably just spot clean my car instead of wiping everywhere and do a better job. I have overlooked small things in the past assuming they were simple oversights, but today was simply unacceptable. When I got back into my vehicle after the interior service today, I found: • A paper towel left in one of the cup holders • The back floorboard clearly had not been vacuumed • Beverage drips in the front console area that were never wiped up • The detailer even left his towel on my seat, which I had to return to him These are basic cleaning items that should never be missed — especially when paying for premium interior detailing. This clearly reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control. After this experience, I will be canceling my membership. For a company that advertises premium memberships, the results should reflect premium service. Update: The owner response to my review is the same generic message that is being posted for over a year now on negative reviews. Stop posting the same reply and CORRECT THE PROBLEMS that so many are bringing to your attention. Where is the manager on duty? If I were the manager receiving all of these bad reviews, I would be out inspecting every car that is detailed to be sure it meets the Mister Carwash standard. No, I will not give Mister Carwash another chance because it’s clear that the issues are not going to be corrected. You’ve had over a year hearing from patrons, expressing the same problems and nothing is done to correct the shortcomings.

  The big guy at the wash entrance walked past my car after I arrived to assist a customer that just arrived and didn't inform me that I had to wait in the express lane to get detailing, instead just telling me I have "to go to the guys in the front and that it's $15". Then a detail attendant asked me if my membership was still active after I just told her I had a wash using my membership.

  Mister car wash SUGARLAND IS THE Single largest disappointment and waste of hard earned money. Not surprised it’s the lowest rated mister car wash in the area YOUR CAR WILL GET DAMAGED HERE Paid for the most expensive service and left a 20 percent tip ahead of time. Interior was a mess with wet cleaner and easy to clean smudges, Met with immense attitude when I kindly pointed out the smudges and was told "that's not something that's part of the package". Exterior bug splats untouched. I then asked him for the rag and proceeded to clean my interior and exterior by hand for 5 mins while he shamelessly glared at me. All the smudges were removed and found parts of the interior that were left completely untouched, with dust as evidence of no "detailing" being done. Absolutely standardless and smug, even if going for a quick wash for 10$ take your money somewhere where they actually want it. Don't be an idiot like me and spend 60$ for someone to sneeze in the direction of the car and call it cleaning

  I recently received a phone call from a man identifying himself as the General Manager regarding my damage claim for my Lexus, which was scratched during a wash. After informing me that the claim was denied, the call quickly escalated in a way that was deeply concerning. He began yelling, told me to “come up there in person,” and stated that no one calls him a liar. He then called back from two separate numbers — one appearing to be a Mister Car Wash corporate line — and continued the hostile tone. During the second call, he threatened to contact the police and claim that I had threatened him. When I calmly asked how he obtained my personal number and what number he was calling from, he responded by yelling, “I have all of your information right in front of me.” My wife was beside me during the call and recorded the latter portion of the conversation. She was visibly shaken by what she heard. It was alarming to experience what felt like harassment and intimidation from someone claiming to represent a well-known business in our hometown of Sugar Land. I have since contacted law enforcement to document the incident.
