I came to rent a vehicle for the week to be able to take a small road trip with my mom who was in town for the holidays. David helped me through the whole process and was very honest and professional. I initially rented a compact car but the compact car I rented was having a small issue. I came back to the location and was then greeted by Sadie. Sadie had actually remembered me from the day before and actually took the time while David was assisting another customer to help me. She actually swapped me into this small size SUV with space for the inconvenience. Sadie and David were so kind to me and very understanding of my situation and didn’t hesitate to put me first. The reservation and payment process was so straight forward and easy. I will continue to do business with this enterprise due to David and Sadie. If I could give more stars I would. Than you for making my holiday with my mom so easy and relaxing.

Be sure you're close enough to go there in person. Enterprise corporate is worthless. They don't have a customer service contact on their website and their "chatbot" doesn't work on weekends. The owner's response (below) provided a link to use to "discuss this further". This led me to a "404 Page Not Found" error.

However, David changed my trepidation! He is the most professional individual I have come across in a very long time. He knew your products and suggested the right vehicle to fit my family’s needs. David is the perfect model for the Enterprise brand. My total experience was nothing less than wonderful!!! I will definitely rent from your 1414 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, TX location again.
