  I stopped by AutoZone right before closing, knowing the team was probably tired and ready to go home. I needed a low light for the front of my truck and had a long drive ahead of me, so it was really important. Despite the late hour, Trinity welcomed me with kindness and patience. Not only did he help me find exactly what I needed, but he also went the extra mile and helped install it for me. His willingness to help, even at the end of a long day, truly meant a lot. You don’t always come across that kind of genuine care and customer service anymore. I’m incredibly grateful and won’t forget how I was treated. Thank you, Trinity, for your kindness and dedication! 🙏🏼

  I bought a headlight relay for my 2012 Camry the other day. Before purchasing it, I specifically asked whether I could return it if it didn’t work. The salesperson told me yes, as long as the item was still in the packaging and in resellable condition. What he didn’t mention was that the part must not be installed or tested, otherwise they won’t take it back. Now I’m being told by another employee that I should have had a mechanic check the issue before buying anything. If that’s the case, what’s the point of coming to AutoZone at all? A mechanic will get the part from wherever they prefer anyway. Honestly, I should’ve gone to Advance Auto from the start. I was so frustrated that I threw the part in the trash right there in the store. If they want to resell it, they can go ahead.
