Acting like she control over me when I don't do what she wants. It is unacceptable when she knocked my vehicle driver door hard a couple times with her ring. This morning around 7:30 AM on 10/1/2025 I have to wait five minutes at the tunnel before she let me in. When I go to the gate, it open, got to the tunnel she scan my tack again, why? I have to wait until she finished on her iPad, approximately taken five minutes. She doesn't care the vehicle waiting behind me. Unfriendly and Rudely Customer Service.
