  I went to get my car washed yesterday (January 11th) around 11:30AM. I’ve been going to this car wash since I was in high school as it is right down the street from me and convenient. I have never had an issue with something being damaged to my vehicle as I purchased it May 2025. However, yesterday when I went to get my car washed and got home (mind you I live 3 min down the road), I noticed my passenger side mirror was damaged and not there. I therefore went back up to the facility immediately and reported it to which the person (have a picture) said he would turn the machines off real quick do look for the part but as I am watching him look, he doesn’t turn off the machines or anything. He proceeds to “look” from the entry way and never enters fully to actually look. Since he claimed nothing was there, he filled out a claim report in front of me and said he would email a copy in 20 minutes, which sounded ridiculous if the form was all filled out and ready. I asked the guy if I would be responsible for damages though it was the facilities machine that damaged my mirror and he told me “We have to check the cameras but even if it was our fault, that doesn’t mean we’ll cover it .” Ultimately, he said I would have to wait 72 hours to hear from management but as of 6AM, I still have no copy of my claim and still frustrated I was told I would possibly have to come out of my own pocket to replace something Mister Car Wash damaged.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. I went in for a simple car wash and came out with minor cracks on my all glasses and scratches ALL over my car. My vehicle was perfectly fine before entering the wash. I didn’t pay to have my car damaged. Worst decision I’ve made for my vehicle.

  First ever bad review I have ever done unfortunately here is what happened I pulled up to pay for my wash as I don’t have a need for a membership just wanted a quick wash. Once I pay I start approaching the tracks and I see 2 employees having a conversation as she is gesturing with her hands at me supposedly to guide me, well apparently didn’t move fast enough for her and I see her saying and I quote “ come on bruh and giving attitude just because I was taking precaution about getting on the tracks?. Mind you there is no line or nobody was behind me at all once I got on the tracks she then leaves shaking her head as I was the bad person don’t know her name she had an orange piecing on her nose anyways won’t be coming back here Incident happened 12/3/2025 at 10:00 am

  I have been frequenting this car wash for 30 years. Probably more ! What started as a hand wash enterprise has grown into a reputable car wash company in the city with multiple locations. The monthly membership is reasonable, and the car wash itself is frequently upgraded. The only negatives are as follows: I find the drying station is not long enough and they should add a few more warm air dryers at the end of the tunnel. The vacuum station is rushed and the personnel frequently miss a spot or two. And finally they used to offer products in the waiting area such as scent freshners or other car accessories ,and it is no longer offered. They also had a wax gun to shoot as one’s car passed which was always a nice distraction for kids. And finally, they offered popcorn to eat while one waited. Those little touches were nice, although I’m certain they got rid of them as they focused on profits more than the experience. One additional observation - they used to offer an upscale hand wash for specialty vehicles which was well done - pricey but well done. I suppose that was a service that also did not prove as profitable. Greed is Good ….
