Very poor communication in the service department, vehicle was stated to be ready for pickup, arrived and waited over 30 minutes for the service advisor to go and see what was going on, comes back to say the battery needed a jump( keep in mind my vehicle was at the dealership for 8 days and no one started it), so basically no one thought to jump the vehicle instead just allowed me to remain sitting in the lobby with no communication, the customer service is unsatisfactory, they don't even run your vehicle through the wash anymore but left all prints on the vehicle and unplugged everything I had inside (at least you could have put things back the way you found them) this is my second time having the flywheel repaired by Ford within a 2 year time frame which means something isn't being done right!!!

Huge thanks to Jaime at Helfman Ford. I found the Bronco I was looking for online. Jaime reached out, We exchanged all the information needed to get my trade appraised, the vehicle deal worked out, credit app approved. We scheduled an appointment at pretty close to closing time due to my availability. Everything was easy and simple when I arrived. I was in and out. I have since contacted Jaime concerning my new Bronco and he’s been available to take care of me after the purchase as well. I’ll be back!!

It was unfortunate experience with the pre owned department. The sales team are friendly and helpful, but when we wanna purchase the car we like we agreed on numbers, then at the pickup day I hired a mechanic to check out the car and everything looks ok. Even though we found minor aspect that they didn't tell us about, we liked the car. I have the check and my file already checked and approved; the management, who gave us the price that we came back for, he increases the price and seeing our desire to own the car. This was the point I realized to not trust them. If that was before getting the car, how would I trust the warranty afterwards?! Anyway, I lost few hundred dollars, but worth that I changed my mind. I appreciate the team, who were helpful, and want to make the deal happen. The car was setting at their shop over 4 months, but the manager decision make it last more. I am posting this after 2 months from this event, and I see the car still listed and the price went lower. I am not sure how Helfman not see what happened there! Basically he broke a deal because he didn't give us the number we shake hands on. Breaking a deal for not compromising hundreds dollars, which they increased intentionally, that ridiculous. The car wise, I think they price fairly, the condition was ok, but don't expect the car to be even washed or vacuumed properly. Mechanically looks good. The day after that event I went to another dealership and got a car. It was completely the opposite behavior that I noticed. Long story short, I hope the Helfman Ford consider evaluating pre owned department management, so they can evaluate the risk and holding their words and sales skills because I think the sales team can handle the management absolutely better based on my experience.
