  Rented a truck last week from Enterprise in Stafford. They really made it pain free. Vehicle was spotless and ran great.

  Jakob was very helpful during my rental process. The van was very nice and clean. Still had the new car smell. My concerns were with my passengers. They were on the mature side and had difficulty getting into and out of the van, due to the height of the step to get into the van. It would have been helpful if there was some type of step stool to use to help with the entry and exit. Since this is a newer van without a sliding step, maybe there can be a step added in the van and attach it to a cord long enough to place the step on the pavement, then lift it back up and place it back in the vehicle during exits and entry. Just a thought!🤔

  I rented a cargo van from this location. From my experience, everyone from the truck and car rental were extremely accommodating and provided fantastic service. Andrew the assistant Branch Manager was the person handling everything. Thank you so much Andrew and everyone for being a phenomenal team! If I need to rent a truck or car again I’m going to this location.
