I asked her for a diagnostic as soon as I came in and she demanded that I should “get in the line” when there was no one there and she was doing absolutely nothing. She walked off and I was very aggravated due to the lack of manners and she showed that she didn’t care at all about what I needed. Luckily for me I was taken care of by Mr Kendrick who have me the diagnostic straight away and told me how to fix it. I have also been helped by Mr Kee in the past who is another manager and he was extremely helpful just like Mr Kendrick but there was poor customer service and manners my Jessica today and I’m saddened to write this review while I sit in their parking lot. I will not be coming back to this Autozone just in case I have to deal with her again.

He was wearing a gray shirt, I assume that means he’s a manager which is very concerning. Also, you need to work on stocking things in the right place, that would’ve avoided me having to BOTHER you.
